Fat-free refried bean???? Holy burrito!!!!
Sometimes those marketing people really know how to take the customers for a ride. I have been buying zero-fat refried beans for quite some time now, and actually have been enjoying. First, I like fried foods. Second, I like to lose weight!
I never thought about this before now, and I was so happy then! Remember, you are always happy, when you don’t (or sometimes in my case, can’t) think! Once you lock-up your brain and your heart, you are happy like a…….I don’t know….turkey?!
So …o yah.., I started thinking. Let me see…You can only fry stuff in oil. Oil always has fat. Actually, oil has nothing but fat! So there is no way you can fry things once, and claim that it does not have fat. But RE-FRIED beans!! And still no fat? You got to be kidding Senior Lopez! How can the beans that are fried not once, but twice, and still have zero fat? What? They suck the oil when you fry them the first time, and spit it out when you fry them again?!
It is like a mother saying, ‘Well, my daughter was married twice, but she is still a virgin!!! In rare cases, even that is possible, unless of course, she has kids!!
So how about calling those beans, ‘RE-BOILED BEANS’?

Never ever fevered fried stuff! And, did not pay attention to such claims... But, now, I will look at it with readiness of mind
